The Imam, Sheikh Maher al-Mu'aiqly, emphasized the importance of Taqwa (piety) as the path to true success, which is escaping Hellfire and entering Paradise. Citing Surah Al-Imran (3:185), he explained that avoiding Hellfire requires sincere effort (mujahada) and steadfast patience (sabr) due to Hell being surrounded by worldly desires. He highlighted key acts of worship that lead to salvation, including sincere monotheism (Tawheed), diligent observance of prayers (especially Fajr and Asr), and voluntary fasting throughout the year. The Imam also stressed the significance of embodying good character, kindness in dealings, and raising daughters with excellence, referencing Prophetic traditions as pathways to Jannah. He concluded by urging believers to frequently supplicate to Allah for protection from the Fire and entry into His vast Paradise.
