Sheikh al-Dawsari emphasized the swift passage of Ramadan and the approaching blessed last ten nights, urging Muslims to seize this opportunity for worship. He highlighted the immense virtue of Laylat al-Qadr, stating it is better than a thousand months, and recalled the Prophet's (PBUH) intensified devotion during this period, including waking his family and performing i'tikaf. The sermon encouraged seeking Laylat al-Qadr in the odd nights and reciting the supplication taught to Aisha (RA): "O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me." It stressed that standing in prayer during Laylat al-Qadr with faith and hope for reward leads to the forgiveness of past sins, and reminded the congregation that acts of worship in the Holy Mosque are greatly multiplied, fostering a connection between fasting and Quran recitation as intercessors.
