The sermon emphasizes gratitude for Allah's countless blessings, from renewing years to the gift of Islam and good health. It urges believers to reflect on these favors, especially when comparing their situation to those suffering around the world, and to recognize that true gratitude involves acknowledging blessings in the heart, expressing them with the tongue, and utilizing them in obedience to Allah. The speaker warns against belittling or forgetting blessings, as this can lead to their removal. He also highlights the significance of the new Hijri year, particularly the month of Muharram and the importance of fasting on Ashura. Believers are encouraged to uphold continuous gratitude to preserve and increase these divine favors.
