Sheikh Salah Al-Budair addressed the congregation on the severe summer heat, reminding them that its intensity is a breath from the Hellfire, as described in the Hadith of the Prophet (ﷺ). He urged believers to seek protection from the Fire through righteousness and to reflect on the ultimate heat of the Hereafter. The Sheikh strongly encouraged the highly rewarded act of providing water to others during these hot days, quoting a Hadith Qudsi where Allah rewards those who quench the thirst of His creations. He called on Muslims to show compassion by helping the poor who lack cooling appliances, distributing water in public spaces, and establishing water wells, noting that the Prophet (ﷺ) promised immense rewards on the Day of Resurrection for anyone who provides water to any thirsty living soul.
