The Blessing and Trust of Raising Righteous Children

Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al-Qasim focused his sermon on the immense blessing and responsibility of raising children, describing them as a divine gift and a sacred trust. Parents are fully responsible for nurturing their children's faith, character, and behavior, in line with the prophetic description of parents as shepherds of their households. The Imam outlined the prophetic methodology of upbringing, which begins with instilling tawheed and faith before teaching the Quran, followed by establishing regular prayer and good manners. He emphasized that the impact of righteous upbringing extends beyond this life, as the prayers of a righteous child continue to elevate their parents' status in the hereafter.
